I am pretty easy going and chill, my friends typically describe me as having a relaxing and calming presence. Despite being naturally introverted, I love a good conversation and really getting to know people, but I usually need a lot of down time to recharge and enjoy being at home, listening to music, at the beach, or out in nature.
I’m not a big party person and I don’t drink, but highly enjoy going out for dinner or dinners in. I cook and I bake, and I love sharing my baking with those I live with. Bonus if you like baking too. I also love going out for coffee and pastry, it’s a real love affair.
I work in research and I am also a health coach, so in London this was what I did, and it often keeps me quite busy.
On a typical Sunday you will find me at church, and then usually out for a swim or getting some exercise, or seeing friends.
Or, if I have access to a garden, I like to do gardening.
