My name is Elizabeth but I go by E, agender/non binary and 30 years old.

I'm looking to rent with my friend Cooper, gender diverse, 28, and my two pets a Border collie and a Hanhs/miniature macaw (more information about my pets further down)

We can afford to bedrooms for $325 a week not including other bills.

I have a lot of experience renting from age 11 with family and friends and recently also on my own.

I'm disabled but my only accessibility issue is with stair cases that are more than 5 stair if I have to use them regularly.

I'm immunocompromised so I have reason to keep my living environment clean and I like to keep communal areas just as clean.

I don't work but I am looking into future part time work. Currently my sole income is via my disability pension which I have been receiving for years so I know I can rely on it.

I'm friendly but often keep to myself and spend a lot of time in my room with my pets often doing some of my hobbies.

My pets are a super friendly 1 year old border collie named Aragon who is in training and is house trained, fully vaccinated, registered and due to be desexed later this year following his vets and breeders advice.

And a 4 year old Hahn's/miniature macaw named Zaiden who is friendly but sometimes nervous and spends most of her time in her cage but is let out for exercise only when I am there to supervise her.

She is toilet trained and will be on my shoulder or a play stand specially made for her whenever outside of the cage and inside her cage that locks when I am not there to supervise her.

I will take full responsibility for my pets and make sure the area remains clean and hygienic and if they do even cause damage I will pay to fix or replace whatever is damaged.

I get along with people who respect and or share my lifestyle, particularly in regards to maintaining cleanliness of shared spaces and respecting each other/pets.

I don't expect to be super social with others but I'd be happy to share the occasional meal or have a movie night ect if that's what others want, otherwise I'm happy keeping to myself.

I need people to respect my pets, particularly when it comes to diet (which mostly means don't feed them unless you have confirmed it's ok with me first), training routines ect.

Bonus I can identify most spiders and insects that might get into the house and I'm happy to remove or kill them for other people (killing preferred for only invasive pest species)

I prefer not to share food, mostly because I do have changing requirements due to some of my disabilities that don't always make sharing possible. That being said if you run out of milk and I have plenty I don't mind you using a little of mine if you ask first ect.

I only have a lounge chair that's currently in storage and no other living room furniture. I'm happy to share furniture if others want to.

Zaiden is a four year old Hahn's/miniature macaw. She is friendly but can be nervous around other people but will still enjoy talking with you. She lives in a cage and comes out for exercise and to play with me. She is toilet trained.
