Hi my names Thomas I work at sk8house as a casual worker and also compete for their figure skating club locally and into international competitions as well. During the week I will usually be at school from 8:45am - 3:00pm (currently in year 12) and then usually will train after school as well at sk8house and for the weekends I usually work and train as well as see my boyfriend. Once a month I will usually have a competition or a seminar. I do understand you may be scared to rent to me but once I turn 18 I will be receiving payment from mission Australia to go towards rent and utilities so I will be able to afford accommodation.

Important personal qualities
I am very clean and tidy I definitely do dislike a messy or dirty house/room so I will be trying my hardest to keep my area and common areas as clean as possible. Before having people over I will definitely be sure to let you know as I don’t want any miscommunication in the household because I understand that can lead to issues being caused which I wouldn’t want.
Food sharing and furniture
I do not mind at all for food I’m happy to share food or get my own however if sharing food is the case if something is mine I will label it or would encourage you too let me know so it isn’t being eating. I currently do not have any furniture but would be willing to discuss purshising it.
