Hi, I'm a self employed Musician looking for home, more that a place to stay. I am fun, outgoing and sociable, but do need time to myself on a regular basis. Although I am able to live in a independent capacity, I would prefer if the people I lived with enjoyed the occasional debrief about their day while making dinner etc.
I am very respectful when it comes to shared spaces. I always clean up immediately when using the kitchen. I just prefer to have that space ordered and clean for the next person.
Now for what might appear to be, a bit of a contradiction. I am a musician but I enjoy a home on the quieter side. I am a bit hypersensitive to noise, but manage it well with noise cancelling headphones. So ideally I would like to live with others that also enjoy some quiet times, or are at least are courteous. I hope I don't sound intolerant, I don't mean library quiet, we all make noise, I'm just looking for people that are courteous in this regard. I generally sing and play my guitar "on the job", and will take advantage of the times when others are out to do a bit of practice. Most people I have lived with say they don't even hear me playing, as I play acoustic. So ultimately I am looking for people who need a relatively quiet space at home. I really enjoy cooking and I have been told I am a great cook, so there's possibilities there.

Important personal qualities
I would like to live with someone/people who are respectful to all orientations, left leaning. I would also enjoy living with those that are somewhat creative, thinkers, open minded. I do not smoke, drink or do drugs, so I would also enjoy living in a place that wasn't party central lol.
Food sharing and furniture
I have minimal furniture, I have a very comfy two seater red leather couch that is currently happily being enjoyed at a friends place. I do have some storage needs, but that is flexible.
