I'm 28 years old and from Ireland. I work Monday - Friday in construction, and gym almost everyday after work so am rarely home. I also study carpentry on Saturdays and two evenings during the week. Am also a very tidy person. I plan on staying in Melbourne for at least another year, so would like to get on a 6 month + lease if possible.
