Hi! My name is Kate, and I think I'm overall pretty chill person - I work in cybersecurity full time (3 days in office, 2 from home), and play dungeons and dragons or videogames during the rest of my time off. I also like to hang out with my cat (who i would ideally like to bring with me!!) and attempt the occasional craft.
I have a my own furniture to furnish my room, as well as ability to provide a full fridge (brand new, 417L), a front loader washing machine, a small bench top dishwasher, and a used two seater leather couch. Fear not though! If we don't need the shared whitegoods/couch for the communal areas, I can just as easily leave them in storage with my parents :)
Also, looking for people who like clear communication and boundaries! I'd rather we hash out things like chores and responsibilities up front, so we all agree on the expectations.
