About this person
Hey there! We’re Natalie and Nicole 👋

Two sisters from the UK who’ve been living the Aussie dream since May and we landed in Melbourne last November. We started out in St Kilda to get settled and find our feet, and now that work and life are in a good rhythm, we’re on the hunt for a new place around St Kilda, Elwood, Carlisle or South Yarra.

Nicole works as a barista/bartender at Chadstone Shopping Centre, and Natalie works in a café on Armadale Street, so coffee is always flowing in our world ☕️

We’re looking for a home that fits our original budget but also has a social, welcoming vibe. We love the idea of house BBQs, casual chats about our day, and sharing a laugh, while still totally respecting each other’s space.

Coming from a big household back in the UK, we’re clean, considerate, and used to sharing. We’re looking to stay at least three months but are fully flexible with this. Happy to view places, grab a drink and get to know each other.
Compatible people
We believe a good flatmate is someone who brings a balance of friendliness, respect, and easygoing energy into the home. I really value people who are sociable and enjoy the little everyday moments, like sharing a coffee, chatting about our day, or getting together for a movie night.

Consideration is also huge for me. My sister and I are clean and mindful of shared spaces, so we really appreciate flatmates who take the same approach and help create a calm, welcoming vibe at home. At the same time, respecting each other’s privacy, personal space, and working hours is really important, everyone needs downtime, and a home should feel like a place where you can recharge comfortably.

After travelling the East Coast and living in Perth, we’ve met so many different people and learned how valuable openness and good communication are, whether that’s making plans together or simply checking in to keep things running smoothly.
Food sharing and furniture
At the moment we don’t have any furniture, but once we’re settled we’re more than happy to contribute and help make the place feel like a home.

We’re flexible with food arrangements as well, we can share meals or keep things separate, depending on what the household prefers. We come from a big family, so shared dinners feel very natural to us.
