I moved from Sydney to Melbourne and i'm looking for a private spacious furnished room with a big built-in wardrobe with only 1-2 flatmates who is/are caring, friendly and respect people's privacy.

I am away about 20 hours per week and go out here and then on the weekends. I want to have a nice comfy place where i feel comfortable in staying in, if i want to.

👀 I'm looking for

✅Genuinely nice, mentally healthy, thoughtful, respectful and friendly flatmate/s (2 max and up to 55 years old) who wants/want to share their home and develop a genuine good healthy relationship with the new flatmate (me)

✅A fully and nicely furnished home that is clean and safe with an internal laundry, close to a train station or tram stop

✅A flatmate who I can also socialise with sometimes, watch a movie or series together or going out for a coffee or a walk (I have now friends in Melbourne too)

✅I would also like to really share a home, which means having access and being able to use the living/dining area and being able to watch a movie on Netflix or put on some up beat music when i cook.

❌Disrespctful and negative people
❌People who just want to rent the room to someone who just comes home to sleep
❌People who smoke, do drugs, weed, drink heavily or come home drunk
❌People who bring One night stands or bring the party home

🐕Pets:

Happy to live with a friendly dog but NO cats as I'm allergic to them.

Note: I can pay 2 weeks of rent in advance + 2 weeks bond. If you require 1 month of rent in advance and 1 month bond, is not suitable for me.
