A good housemate is someone who can be respectful of others and their environment. Being courteous to others and their lifestyle/work hours. I am a very social person but also someone who likes his own space and privacy.

Food sharing and furniture
I like to arrange my own food but now and again would be open to communal dinners.
Due to my backpacker lifestyle unfortunately everything I own fits in a backpack and I have no furniture. However if, as a household, we agree upon furniture that would be beneficial to the communal areas I would be more than happy to contribute my share to the price
