About this person
Hello, my name is Dia. I am 19 years old and currently a Bachelor of Business Analytics student at Deakin University. Alongside my studies, I am actively building skills in data analysis, business intelligence, and analytics tools.

My typical weekdays are structured around university classes, assignments, and self-study. I usually spend around 6 to 8 hours a day on academic work, including lectures, project work, and skill development. I maintain a fairly balanced lifestyle organized, focused, and health-conscious while also making time for rest, family, and personal growth.

I lead a responsible and quiet lifestyle. I value cleanliness, routine, and mutual respect in shared spaces. I do not smoke and prefer a calm, structured environment that supports both productivity and well-being.
Compatible people
A good flat mate, to me, is someone who is respectful, responsible, and considerate of shared spaces. Mutual respect is essential being mindful of each other’s privacy, routines, and boundaries helps create a comfortable living environment.

Cleanliness and organization are also very important. Sharing a home works best when everyone takes responsibility for common areas, communicates openly about chores, and maintains basic hygiene standards. Reliability matters too whether it’s paying bills on time or following agreed house rules, consistency builds trust.

I also value clear and honest communication. Being able to discuss concerns calmly and respectfully prevents misunderstandings and helps resolve issues early. A positive attitude, flexibility, and empathy go a long way in maintaining harmony, especially when people have different schedules or lifestyles.

Overall, a good flat mate contributes to a peaceful, supportive, and cooperative household where everyone feels comfortable and respected.
Food sharing and furniture
I prefer to arrange my own food, as it helps me stay organized and maintain my personal routine. That said, I’m always happy to occasionally share meals or groceries if it’s mutually agreed upon and works for everyone. I’m not vegan, but I do prefer home-cooked, simple meals and keep the kitchen clean after use. I do not currently have living room furniture, but I do have a book rack that will be placed in my bedroom once I move in, so I would be relying on the existing setup in the house or discussing shared arrangements if needed.
