Hello! My name is Dylan, I am currently an 18 year old student, searching for a place to stay while i study for my first year at Monash Uni, specifically their Caulfield campus. Since I am relocating, I will attempt to get a job around where i will move. Since I'll be entering my first year, I'll (assumingly) be fairly busy on weekdays and weekends. I don't drink often and i don't smoke or anything similar

I would like to have many types of people as potential flatmates! The main qualities I prioritise however is someone that will clean up after themselves, but can also pitch in and help and is willing to accept help. Also, someone socialable would work well but will also give personal space when asked while I'd also return the sentiment.
Food sharing and furniture
Although I would mostly be arranging my own food, I don't mind helping to cook food or do something with my flatmate or arrange some weekly help. Im not vegetarian or vegan, no (known) allergies and I don't have any living room furniture to bring either.
