I respect any level of socialising from my housemates. I'm fairly social and would like to have friends over occasionally, but I also keep to myself most of the time. Cleaning is important to me but I'm not obsessive about it.
Food sharing and furniture
I am vegan. I cook big batch meals once a week or so, so don't spend that long in the kitchen.
I don't have any furniture to move in except a small book case and some speakers. I'll either need to buy a bed and matress etc. or move into a furnished room.
