I’m from Queensland but have been living in Melbourne for the last few months. Looking for a longer-term place now after living with friends in the short-term.
I work full-time in law and intend to do so mostly from the office but would occasionally WFH (most likely 1/2 days per week). My preference is also to have my own bathroom, though negotiable for the right fit.
I’m social, friendly and clean. Being new(ish) to Melbourne, I’m ideally after a place where I can get along with the housemate(s) and do things together on occasion. I’m also respectful of downtime, I tend to be busy Monday-Friday so appreciate having time to unwind.
