Hi, my name is Krish and I’m a 4th year Medical Student at Monash University. This year I commence my placements at Monash Medical Centre for semester one and as such this studio apartment is extremely desirable for me being in close proximity to the hospital, allowing me to study to the best of my capacity and be the best doctor I can be.
I am employed at Peak Care Services as a Disability Support Care Worker and also tutor privately, earning enough money to cover my own personal expenses such as petrol, groceries, leisure, etc. My father is a disability support worker and my mother is a Registered Nurse working at BSHS Public Hospital and also works as a disability support worker in Ballarat. Generating comfortable income per week, my parents will take care of all the rent and bills with no issue.
Setting myself apart from other applicants, I remain very quiet and have never received a noise complaint. One thing about me, which would be approving to you, is I am a very clean individual, I find that if the house is a mess, I can’t think or relax, and as such always strive to maintain a clean home. I like to maintain a disciplined lifestyle, spending majority of my time at the hospital and at the gym, coming home to cook, clean, wind down and sleep.
