Hello there, I’m 46, self employed professional, full time working from home and maybe a day a week out on the road travelling to job sites for assessments, just me looking for a place to live, unsure of timeframe, happy to look at anything (1mth, 2mth or 3 mths maybe) Could turn into something longer though (6mths, a year, forever! Haha, ok not forever no, neither of us want that 🙂)
Needing (very preferably) off street parking, (min. 2m height clearance) non smoker, social drinker, quite, respectful, tidy, honest and open, I’m single, bi, left-ish, have 2 great teenage kids nearby who live with their mum, would be nice if I could have them come hang out every now and then, but if not, I can go to them.
I’m ideally looking for a large bedroom with enough space for a small home office, or a if possible a home office space elsewhere in the house if that worked?
Happy to keep to myself or engage in the house as much or little as preferred.
