Hey, I’m Jay (37). I’m a multimedia designer working as an in-house creative for 2 cinemas Tues–Thurs and as a freelance the rest of the week.

I’m pretty easy to live with - quiet, independent, tidy, and on top of bills and communication. I value a relaxed, respectful space that feels comfortable rather than chaotic. I’m friendly and always up for a chat, movie or game night. I mostly keep to myself and head out to socialise semi-often.
I’m into films, music, gaming, alt-culture and general creative stuff. Bit of a night owl on non-cinema days, but always mindful of noise.
Ideally after a room with enough space for a queen bed and larger desk setup, and access to Ethernet/wired Internet for work. Bonus points if you’re into movies, games, or don’t mind the occasional nerdy chat 🎬🎮🎧

I usually sort my own meals and groceries but happy to share basics if that’s the house vibe, but generally pretty independent food-wise.
Not vego/vegan. I do have a coconut allergy and fructan intolerance, so I mostly manage my own cooking to keep things simple.
I’ve got my own kitchen gear (pots, pans, knives, etc.) but can keep things contained unless sharing makes sense.
Furniture-wise I have a few things, including a washer/dryer I’d ideally bring, but I’m flexible depending on space and what the house already has. Happy to coordinate so things don’t get cluttered.
