I'm a 19-year-old female part-time student (online), relocating and actively looking for part-time work in a vibrant suburb. Introspectively, my passions are writing, philosophy, reading, driving, and music. I love going to the city and the beach, and I enjoy being in nature. I go to the Gym regularly for Yoga and pilates, and I have a white rabbit. I am independent but friendly and respectful of space and noise. Hoping to explore more of Melbourne's culture and be relocated in a suburb close to public transport.

I prefer living in a tidy studio or apartment, with my own ensuite if applicable, where I can relax and focus on my work and future projects, as I have a busy schedule. Happy to share a communal kitchen, I don't home cook often- and will clean up after myself properly.
To note, I have a Netherland Dwarf Rabbit- he is a very small white bunny that is extremely polite, settled, and toilet-trained, hoping he can live in his small enclosure, which would be tended to every day, and out of the way of others, as we are quite strongly bonded. A gated back porch or enclosed small garden would be a great bonus for him to run around, but not required as he is an inside rabbit. Happy to discuss this.

I am a young person on a reasonable budget ($230-250) and require the space and privacy to sort out my future planning and work schedule, hoping I can find flatmates with a similar lifestyle or a private room that will allow me a comfortable and easy-going home!

In general, I enjoy a homestay environment that feels welcoming and safe- as while I love having conversations with others, I respect the privacy and the space of future flatmates and ask the same for myself, respectively. I am friendly and honest and a good communicator and I like people who are the have a similar nature and are true to themselves, and can lay their own boundaries with others and respect noise, cleanliness, and space.

I have my own furniture , some I am planning on buying new depending on the new tenant. And some from my old house I have loved for years.

I don’t cook often and don’t plan on making much food in the kitchen but I take up a lot of pantry space to compensate for my lack of cooking as I eat more packaged food (taken to work or on the go)

I have a Netherland dwarf who is toliet trained and very small. He is very shy and sits in my arms, we are very strongly bonded after COVID that he doesn’t run around much, he behaves like a cat and prefers to lie around, he is very smart and knows his name. He is vaccinated and also desexed.
