Hi! I'm looking for just one housemate to share an apartment or a house with, so a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom place would be ideal as we would have our own room and own bathroom. (Alternatively, I'm also happy to have a studio to myself if there's one available). My work hours is the standard office hours. I have interests in all-things music including playing the piano and drums, the entertainment industry in general, dancing, self-development, and I'm very health conscious. I love socialising with people, however also need time and space to myself to do my own thing.
Compatible people
I like having a housemate where we can be friends and enjoy each other's company when we're at home where we would sometimes eat together, have a chat, watch tv or a movie together, etc; however also giving each other time and space to ourselves. Occasionally having friends over socially is fine, though I generally like a quieter house and wouldn't want loud parties or loud social activities in the house. I would also like a housemate who's easygoing, but cleans and tidies up after themselves in shared spaces such as the kitchen, living room, toilet; and respect each other's belongings.
Food sharing and furniture
I prefer mostly having our own food but we can share common condiments or staples or anything that we both eat or consume; anything that we both enjoy eating, so there's no need to double up on the same things. I'm not vegetarian or vegan and I don't have any food allergies. I have some kitchen appliances that I can bring with me.
