About this person
I’m a 55-year-old professional man seeking clean, comfortable, and respectful accommodation, ideally shared with other like-minded professionals. My budget allows for no more than $300 a week rent (including bills).
I work part-time as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, spending one to two days per week working from home and three days in a counselling practice. My schedule is flexible and based around client sessions and clinical documentation.
I live a quiet, stable lifestyle and am single, not moving with a partner or friend. I value integrity, respect, and honesty, and I’m looking to share with housemates who feel the same.
Ideally, I’m hoping for some storage space for a number of belongings (some boxes, some furniture—about the volume of a car and a half) as well as a compact home gym (approximately 170cm x 66cm), which I use twice a week.
At this stage, I’m looking to commit to up to three months initially, with the option to extend if things work well.
