I am a 35 year old female looking to live in Melbourne so I can find permanent work in Melbourne. I have my own car which I would prefer in off-street parking. I have a very social 7 year old daughter who I will see every alternate weekend. These weekends will be 2 nights sleepover. She and I can share a room for these visits. I am a homebody but play my music very loud.

I tidy up after myself and will keep to my room most times. I am a minimalist when it comes to toiletries, I do not wear makeup or style my hair with product. I save on electricity bills by unplugging things straight after I am finished with them (unless they require to be constantly plugged in, like the fridge, NBN & modem).
Food sharing and furniture
I do not have any food allergies or preferences but I am definitely not one to really cook. I will order myself a lot of takeout. I have my own queen sized bed with mattress and bedroom furniture. A small desk because I love work-from-home jobs. A fairly worn 5-seater modular couch which I cover with blankets for aesthetic and comfort. I also have an egg-shaped swing chair that is meant for outdoors but I have kept it indoors, away from the elements. I have a large wide-screen TV with entertainment unit for it to stand. I have both a front-loader washing machine and dryer. I have a fridge. Please note: Most of my furniture can be donated should it not fit.
