I’m 48 and heading back to Australia after 12 years overseas, and looking for a good place to land for 4–5 months while I get settled again. I’ve lived in enough share situations, cities and countries by now to understand the basics: be easy to live with, pull your weight, and don’t make the house harder than it needs to be.
