I’m 24, an electrical technician, and work full time hours, occasionally working a Saturday morning for some extra money
In my spare time, I play football. Training 2 times per week and play on Saturdays, and having since coming to Melbourne, have made some great friends and connections.
In saying that, I also enjoy spending time seeing my grandmother down in Dimond creek on a Sunday, and having dinner with her. I also like spending time on the golf course, and use it as a great place to sit within my thoughts and just take in the surroundings.
Otherwise, I’m a quiet person, very friendly and have never had issue's with other people having lived in a shared house twice before.

To me, a good flatmates/housemate is clean and tidy, aware they’re living with others and are respectful of their space as well as being respectful of the home. It’s important to not overstep ones boundaries and also contribute equally to house chores, and upkeep of the property.
Food sharing and furniture
In the past, because of sporting commitments during the week and on weekends, I tend to have arranged my own food in the past an find that the easiest way to go, however occasionally open to house dinners as it’s a great chance to catch up and get to know your housemates better. I don’t have any living room furniture, however I do have a fridge, and washing machine as an array of different cooking utensils and am willing to contribute towards any communal needs.
