Looking to start a share house with one other person in the Clifton Hill, Brunswick, Brunswick East or Northcote area.
I see so many beautiful homes for rent, but it's next to impossible to get these places as a solo professional (and you wouldn't want to, given the rent).
I figure by sharing with the right person, ideally a professional 30+ yrs old, we can unlock a much higher-quality house rather than the regular, dusty shacks you find around the $700-$800 per week price point. I'm looking for a large, beautiful space around the $1,500+ per week mark, plenty of room for both of us. Ideally 4+ rooms and home office.
I'm currently based in Clifton Hill, have a lovely 2-bedroom victorian place but keen to branch out to a better, larger dwelling in the inner north area.
I'm a designer/founder, well travelled, run a community of founders, love to keep a tidy home, I'm a dad to a wonderful 10-year-old who stays with me several days a fortnight. I live a super healthy life and keen to share with someone that has one or more of these in common 🙂
