I'm Dion. I brew beer for a living. And all is well in my world.
I work 3x12 hr shifts per week on a rotating basis. Some nights, some days. But I'm not precious about noise or anything like that.
I'm a very relaxed and happy individual. I keep a clean home. Although there will be clothes on the floor of my room at times.
Otherwise I look to keep pretty active. Love the prospect of gym/pool/sauna over winter. Over summer I try to spend as much time as possible down in Torquay, or over the other side of the peninsula for a genuine ocean fix.
I enjoy reading pulp fiction and cooking. And will spend a fair bit of time studying beer. (Theory, not just drinking).
Absolutely enjoy chatting and being sociable, but am not a pushy person in that regard.
