Hi! We’re Carly and Zanthy, two Canadian teachers who have been living and working in Melbourne for the past 6 months. Our current lease is ending, and we’re looking for a place with 2 bedrooms (apartment or share house) in South Yarra, Southbank, Docklands, Richmond, Prahran or anywhere within a 10–15 minute walk to a major train station. We are also looking for fully furnished rooms.
We’re both easygoing and social, like going out on weekends but also enjoy quiet nights in. We’re clean, respectful, and have plenty of experience living with roommates.
We’re ideally looking for a month-to-month arrangement or a lease from the middle/ end of July through to the end of December.
Our budget is around 350-400 per week.
