Hi, I'm 44, single, currently living in Aspendale and operating my own refrigeration company.

When I'm not working I like to relax with a beer and some good TV. I play baseball all year round and try to get to the gym when ever I can. I enjoy cooking and hobby's like gaming, board and video, gunpla and anime. I can be a bit of a nerd in that respect, and I'm proud of it.

I love my sports, unfortunately I am an Essendon supporter. I go to the footy and rugby games on most weekends.

I love music and try to go to as many concerts and gigs as my bank account will allow. I enjoy all kinds of music but I always come back to my favourites, classic rock and metal. But when I'm playing music at home, you may hear dance, rap, soul, blues, classical or other genres that I forget about until my Spotify plays them randomly. And I'm always looking to experience something new. That is true of all things, not just music

I'm a father of 2 kids, 10yo son and 11yo daughter. I do a lot of activities with them when ever possible. Full disclosure I have share care with their mother and they will be around 3 to 5 nights a fortnight. When they are with me they sleep with in my room, this has been the situation for the last 18months since the split. Currently I keep a matrass that goes on the floor for one of them and the other shares my bed. This is worked well in my current 3.2x3.4m room.

They are super friendly and love a games night. I've managed to get them into a lot of my own hobbies and interests (very proud dad). They go to school in Noble park North so looking to stay within a 30min commute for school drop offs.

I'm looking for a house mate who would be ok with my kids being around on alternating weekends. My current arrangement is Wednesday nights and alternating weekends, so would be 5 nights a fortnight. I also have tools and equipment for my work that I would need a secure space to store. But generally I'd like a housemate who is clean respectful but also is fun and likes to have a good time and be social with.

I have bedroom furniture, bed, chest of draws and desk. I also have 65" tv and sound bar that I'm happy to be used in lounge. I also have a clothes dryer and other kitchen appliances
