My name is Jeremy, a 33-year-old guy looking for a furnished room to rent with my calm, 3-year-old pup Joshua.
I’ve recently come out of a long-term relationship and am excited for a fresh start. I work full-time from home, so having a private room with some space to focus during the day is important to me. A larger house would be ideal so I can have that bit of separation while still being part of a friendly home.

As for furniture, I’m currently travelling quite light with minimal furniture since I’ve just come out of a relationship. However, I’m more than happy to buy some brand new pieces (especially for the living room) to help make the home feel comfortable and complete. I’d love to contribute and make the shared spaces nice.

Joshua (or Josh for short) is my adorable, 3-year-old little pup who’s the definition of a dream housemate pet. He’s an incredibly quiet, calm, and cuddly boy who rarely barks or growls the only time you might hear him is during playful zoomies or gentle play fighting, and even then it’s very brief and soft.
He’s mostly an indoors dog who loves lounging around the house, especially cuddling up on the couch or sleeping in bed with me at night. He’s very well-behaved, clean, and house-trained. His daily routine is simple: a good morning walk, some playtime, and then he happily chills for the rest of the day. He’s affectionate, friendly, and gets along great with people he’s the type of dog that makes everyone smile.
