I'm Brett but you can call me Bree or Brettles, and I'm a 32-year-old freelance artist and writer, recently departed from a decade in software development. I'm a pretty quiet person, with a love of manga, video games, anime, history, and science.
I work from home 24/7, so I'm happy with other people that do the same, or people who work full time. Please be aware that the nature of my work is adult/18+ material, although you wouldn't be exposed to that, I understand it's not for everyone.
I identify as queer/bisexual, left-leaning, anti-AI, pro-Trans, and am currently single, though very much open to a relationship in the future. I'm slightly autistic, very nerdy, and do suffer from depression/anxiety, although I'm medicated and mostly fine.
I'm routinely out of the house every other night for local card games!
Although I have my own income from my work, that will also be supplemented via DSP once approved.
I have an EV, so parking/charging would be great.
I'm *very* allergic to dust mites, notably from cats and dogs.

A good flatmate is respectful, open to conversing to ensure a good harmonious living situation, checks in (but also knows when quiet time is needed), and ultimately knows we're all in this together!
Food sharing and furniture
I'm dairy intolerant and mostly self-sufficient for food, especially when autism-mode strikes. That said I'm happy to share food and have been known to bake goodies for people I really live!
