I'm in my 40s and looking for another woman to share a house with. The house itself is yet to be found, so ideally we'd find somewhere together that works for both of us.

I live a fairly quiet life and enjoy things like walks, markets, museums, painting with acrylics, and catching up with friends. I'm not a night owl and appreciate a lazy Sunday morning sleep-in when I can.
I'm reasonably tidy without being obsessive. I like a home that feels comfortable, lived-in, and cared for. I'd be happy to share the occasional meal, chat about our week over a glass of wine, and enjoy a friendly household, while also respecting each other's space and independence.
I currently work from home a few days a week.
Like many people, rising living costs have me considering a house share again. My ideal setup would be a larger home with two living areas so we can each have our own space when needed.
