Hi There!

They call me zena Yes the names female , I'm 40 (this year) and a non smoker. I'm an Architect soon to graduate from Perth working in Melbournes CBD and studying at perth at the same time :S busy busy!... I am artistically inclined so I really do get along with others who have interests in the creative field.

I have recently joined a co working space to build business . i am quite into nutrition and “trying” to keeping fit so I enjoy discussing fitness with any housemates interested in keeping fit.

A home is a Sanctuary of easing off and relaxing from a hard days work, therefore I’m considerate of others that I’m living with so there won’t be any blasting rock music or parties till 5 am at the house ( only till 4am....jokes!)

With a great rental history and previous experience in share housing I do believe communication is ‘key’ when sharing with others. Although I’m easy going I do like collaboration of ideas and go about discussing matters like bills, rent or any major issues as a group in a mature and assertive manner and not leaving it at the last minute.

I understand the busy lifestyle that others run and know not to get in their personal space although at times I do enjoy having a chat or eating out every once in a while with fellow house mates, it’s always good to whine- down and have some fun 
