My name is Kiki, I'm in my mid thirties and currently working in the climate change/disaster/youth space at different universities. I'm searching for a place that I can call home for a longer time. I’m flexible with move-in dates for the new place. I currently switch it up between working from uni/or a local library/cafe a few times a week and the rest of the time from home. I've lived and worked in many places around the globe and mainly shared, so I'm used to having people around and being mindful of each others' space and energy. I like to keep shared living spaces clean and am generally very tidy. I love the outdoors and try to keep myself fit with different activities, like yoga, hiking, running and tennis. I mostly socialise outside the house with friends for dinners and exhibitions/movies, but equally love a nice cozy stay in with a glass of vino or just wholesome food.
Important personal qualities
I'm very considerate of shared spaces and people's belongings in a share house environment and pretty low key most of the time. My human nature is very intuitive and diplomatic; love a good conversation about life and the world, but equally spend a fair bit of time in solitude to rest, relax and be present with myself. I'd prefer a place where people are kind, helpful, and generally tidy. I'm an open minded and approachable person that likes to communicate in a transparent way.
Food sharing and furniture
I love to try out new things as cooking is my happy space. I tend towards veggie/vegan food options, but I still eat the occasional piece of meat if I know where it's from and can support it in some way. Absolutely fine with working around other people's diet preferences. I'm environmentally conscious and have been leading a sustainable lifestyle for quite some time now, but not militant in any way, more just being aware of what I buy and from where.
