I’m Jadan (aka Jaddy Daddy aka Nonno Jaddy) and I’m keen on the room. Thanks for giving me a read. I’m a mid-30s gay guy that works as a content producer at a super fund: I design, write, UX consult. Many digital things.

I’m a total water babe, so a pool or beach visit is pretty regular. I work from home sometimes, but I’m in the office 3-4 days a week. It’s a beautiful office so I don’t mind going in. End of trip facilities are wall-to-wall marble with towel service so I usually ride in and shower at work. Virgin gym is also next door, woohoo! The many benefits of the gilded cage that is my corporate goon life.

During the week I like to watch films, read a lot (comes with the writing career), musicals, classical recitals, deep house gigs (the odd gig if I'm feeling like a boog; love to dance!) and eat out with my mates. I cook quite a bit at home and love a nice organised pantry and kitchen. I take a clean-as-you-go approach and will happily cook alongside people and role play being in an episode of The Bear and yell “Corner!…Behind!”

I save party times for holidays and weekends away, but I'm totally fine with gatherings and hanging out on the odd occasion. I'm pretty career focussed and hangovers hit different in your 30s. If I have people over during weekdays, then I’m usually pretty happy to wrap it up to reduce housemate disturbance levels. Book Club inadvertently got rowdy once (my bad!) so I've learned my lesson.

I'm definitely not as stiff as I sound but sleep and clean shared spaces are important and I'm looking for a place of people who feel the same. Nobody wants to clean up after trash pandas. Agreed?! That said, I'm pretty relaxed but if it gets out of hand then I'll probably say something.

I can bring quite a few things with me, couches, chairs, home appliances, washing machine, tv, ect...pretty much anything, but I can sell what I don’t need. I'm keen to move anytime in the next two weeks. Anyway, hit me up and let's chat! Cheers, Jadan.
