Hey!! So I am 32, currently studying, I'm very easy going, conscientious, thoughtful and well house trained. Have had housemates for lots of my life. I am studying full-time & online so good unlimited wifi is really important.
I am looking for somewhere peaceful and quiet, to work & relax in my downtime, and to explore a new area. Tendency to do my own thing but would like to be able to enjoy spending time with flatmates, don't like living with people that aren't friendly or full hermits. I get along with most people, am very open-minded & non judgemental, appreciate these qualities in others.
I like to live somewhere that's clean and tidy. Not a complete neat freak but I keep shared spaces clean & appreciate the same consideration, sharing the cleaning is good.
I love many things, music, good food and wine, reading, art, pilates,swimming, painting, surfing, the beach, anything outdoorsy and travelling. Just added diving to the list so I'm obsessed with that currently, Will be a bedroom musician at appropriate times so being ok with a little singing/keyboard noise would be great!
After short term, 6 months unless something amazing turns up and then I can commit to longer!
