About this person
Hey, I’m Dylan - 32, Melbourne born and raised. I’m a remedial massage therapist running my own business, and I’m currently studying Health Sciences alongside it.

I’m independent, grounded and pretty self-aware. I value clear communication and mutual respect in how I show up day to day. I take pride in keeping shared spaces tidy and calm, and I’m considerate around noise and routines.

I have a little dog named Bandit. He’s fully house-trained, doesn’t chew furniture, and is generally very well-behaved - although you may occasionally find a tennis ball left somewhere. He’s extremely friendly and will most definitely try to hang out with you when I’m not home.

Home, for me, is somewhere that feels steady and easy - a place to reset and recharge between work and study. I’m focused on building my career long-term and creating a stable, positive environment around me.
Compatible people
I’m looking to live with people who are respectful, emotionally mature and easy to communicate with. I’m very easygoing, understanding and non-judgemental, and I really appreciate the same energy in return.

I value a home where things can be discussed calmly if needed and where everyone pulls their weight in shared spaces. I’m happy to live in a friendly house where we chat or share the occasional meal, but I also respect personal space and independence.
Food sharing and furniture
I’m flexible with food - happy to share basics if it naturally works that way, or keep things separate if preferred. I’m organised with my own groceries and clean up after myself.

I have some furniture but can adapt depending on what’s already in the house.
Description of pets
Bandit is a very good boy who genuinely tries his best. You can tell he’s a big thinker, but at the same time he’s still just a little boy at heart. He loves waking up early and finding a nice spot to lie in the sun and enjoy the warmth.

He’s fully house-trained, doesn’t chew furniture, and won’t eat your food - although he may stare at you hopefully while you’re eating. If he knows you have treats, he can be a little bit manipulative in the sweetest way possible.

With other dogs, he can be cautious at first while he works things out, but he generally gets along well. He’s small, so very large or dominant dogs can intimidate him initially, but once he feels safe, he settles.

I’m fully responsible for all of his care and cleaning.
