Drive an EV, so bonus compatabiltity points if there’s access to a normal household powerpoint in a carport (for which I’d obviously track and pay for power).
I’m flexible with move in dates as I have solid accomodation for the next few months, it’s more important to find the right kind of place with someone I get along with for the longer term.
Happy also to to put in the time and grab a coffee first to make sure there’s genuine household compatability.
