I am currently working part time a housing and homelessness not-for-profit in the CBD. The usual 9 am to 5 pm and I prefer to work in the office.
In my free time I often try to keep myself busy with fitness, cooking, bicycling and hiking adventures, community work and volunteering with a focus on the LGBTI and multicultural CALD communities, and sleeping and napping (of course). A lover of social justice and equity in our society.
I always clean up after myself and I'd like some routine roster to help keep a place clean. I am experienced with living in a share house environment over the years.
I am planning on buying a car and I currently have a bicycle and a small fish tank. I have a small desk, chair, and a queen sized bed for my room.
I am big seafood and meateater. I don't drink alcohol and don't smoke either.

I am pretty easygoing, sociable, and are respectful of people's privacy and space. I think as adults we all understand the importance of paying rent and bills on time, keep the common areas clean, and good non-passive aggressive communication between housemates.

I am definitely a meateater. A lover of steaks and seafood and of course vegetables. Happy to share food I make.
I do not smoke or drink, at all. I am ok with you smoking outside and having your glasses of wine.
Almost all furniture I have will go into my room, except some kitchen appliances (my nutribullet and my portable bbq charcoal grill) and my gym setup (a bench and a pushbar and some weights).
