Dear Rental Agent and or Landlord,
I wouldn’t normally attempt to reach out this way, but I am desperate to secure a Rental before 20th of February and need all the kindness, compassion and help I can possibly get.
I am currently seeking a One Bed Room Apartment in the following suburbs.
-St Kilda / East
-Elwood
-Prahan
-Windsor
-South Yarra
-Toorak
-Murrumbeena
-Port Melbourne
-South Melbourne
-Carnegie
-Chadstone
And surroundings.

I am needing to be close to my current support networks within these localities and easy access to Public Transport as I do not have a Car at the moment.

I am urgently seeking approval of a Rental for 12 months or more depending on price and location.
I have a budget of $380-$480 max per week plus utilities.
I would prefer a ground floor Apartment, with a courtyard or secure safe balcony as I love outdoor spaces, to BBQ and sit and read or meditate. I Work From Home and have a double screen desk set up that I will need space for also. Unfortunately a Studio Bed Sit will not be enough space. I am would love more modern amenities and styling but open to older homes if clean and functional. I do not want to have a shared laundry, I would prefer to have access to this within my own home.
I have currently lost my Best Friend who I lived with, Adam he passed away 3 weeks ago we shared a home together and I need to vacate by the 20th of February. I have been inspecting an apply non-stop whilst trying to pack Adam’s belonging up, sell his things, clean, work and grieve. We have not been able to lay him to rest yet it will be on the 19th of February.
So there is urgency to secure a safe home for me. I don’t want to be homeless.

To ensure the home is always maintained to a high standard, I will supply a cleaner.

I'm very clean and considerate. I'm quite and and very sociable.

I'm happy to cook for each other occasionally, but most of the time will get my own food and meals. I have a small one bedroom sized house of furniture which I can provide some things or store it.

I have a very small Chihuahua who is 12 years old. She's very friendly and doesn't bark much. She's fully toilet trained and is happy just to lounge around and play with her toys. Her name is Tiggi- Louu.
