I currently live on the Bellarine Peninsula (Victoria). And I am starting to look for possible rent opinions in or near Geelong. Geelong Wes, Closer to the GMHBA Stadium and Leopold Vic

I am fun, caring, reasonable fairly quiet and respectful person. I don't like swearing or heavy smokers.
Or too loader music on occasions it's fine or on a Friday night or Sunday no problem.

I do enjoy the odd drinks night/BBQ Day with friends or flat mates.

I am a Hospitality worker in Geelong Vic and In Ocean Grove.
I am looking for a room to rent with a minimum stay of 3months but with the option to stay on for at least 6-12mths possibly longer.
I will be studying a writing course online.
Hopefully with some furniture in it,

I at least need a bed and a built-in wardrobe would be great. I can provide some furniture and equipment.

I am pretty clean and tidy and will happily clean up after myself and clean communal areas, but I am not a clean freak. I don't mind a bit of clutter.
( I have worked as a cleaner in the past).
I am looking for anyone that has a room available to rent, that has basic furniture. Such as a Bed, side table Wardrobe, And a little bit of living room furniture. Such as a TV, couch and kitchen table/Chair . or something at least to sit on. I can provide some stuff too.

I am interested in finding other Hospitality workers to rent with Or people that share similar interests.

People that at least share similar life interests. Like Dogs, Cats, Native Wildlife, Photography, Or Someone studying at one of the Universities or Hospitals.
As we will get along better as Housemates.
I don't mind sharing a house with a Male or Female but they must be decent and respectful of my privacy.

I enjoy going to the beach, reading, creative writing, going to the Tennis and to theater. love all sorts of Music especially country Music. I like movies and going to see live bands at the local drinking holes/pubs. But i also love my peace and quiet and space. I am responsible, respectful, and considerate.

I'm not a great cook but I do enjoy trying.. And I prefer to buy my own food and have a shelf in the cupboard & Fridge to keep food items on.

I prefer to have bills included in the rent price.
( It makes things simpler for me).

I have a small dog very friendly mini Dachshund desexed male. that I'd like to be able to come and stay with me. Sometimes!
If the house has a secure backyard or patio area then he would be happy to stay outside.
