Hi I’m Peter, Monday to Friday I work full time, my job was at the office, however from 1/11/2024 I’m WFH, I’m happy to set up a desk in the bedroom that you’re renting, just thought I’d give you a heads up on my work situation 🙂. Other that I’ve got an easy going personality, reliable with rent and bills, always clean and tidy. Enjoy cooking, seeing live music, photography, collecting vinyl records, cycling, running, swimming, in the summer months I enjoy participating in the 2XU triathlon series. I don’t mind socialising with housemates but happy to do my own thing most of the time. Currently paying rent on a month to month basis. Happy to provide references and rental ledger.

I'm looking to live with friendly people, who work full time or doing the part-time work/study thing, also like to keep the place clean, tidy and pay bills on time. Not* looking for a party house but a household that is happy to socialize occasionally but do their own thing most of the time.
