The usual: respectful of personal space and variable sleeping hours (schoolnights in my case). Mature, generous, self-aware approach to cleaning, shared shopping etc.

Food sharing and furniture
Mostly vego at home but carnivore friendly. If I'm having people over for meals, roomies are always welcome -- but not obligated! -- to get involved. I like sharing my more successful cook-ups, although tbh I mostly eat out or scrounge hasty snacks on work nights.
All my stuff is in a tiny house in NZ that I'm planning at some point to move (long story), but in the meantime travelling I'm v light; a furnished bedroom's ideal but this isn't a dealbreaker.
