I am generally positive and outgoing - love a great conversation and a good laugh, but also value regular solo downtime. I'm authentic and value genuine people of all ages and walks of life - shallow people are not my jam. I'm a people person, but also very independent and value my solo downtime. Socialising for me includes any outdoor activity with friends (long walks etc), dinners, a casual glass of wine, occasional live music, film or food festivals etc. Happy to have the odd meal, chat or tea with my flatmate, but I'm absolutely NOT a party animal. Looking to live with a like-minded independent person who also enjoys a balance of socialising and their own solo adventures / downtime. Important personal qualities
Clean, tidy and respectful of the home space. Also respectful of flatmates in terms of noise, open communication and working together to find a harmonious home life. Ideally I am also looking for an animal-lover who wants to extend kindness and love to my kitty, Ringo. I'd like a household that is NOT a party house and doesn't have constant unexpected guests to make noise on weeknights. Open communication is key! :)
Food sharing and furniture
I am a vegetarian (sorry!), and happy to share a big cook up with you if you dig it! LOVE my veggies and love sharing a meal with loved ones, but also very happy to cook for one.
I moved interstate and all my communal furniture is in storage, so I come with no living room furniture (me only!).

Description of pets
Ringo is my beautiful short-haired tabby friend... Full of personality, loves to play (he is hilarious and entertaining!) and loves his snuggles. He is a rescue, approximately 6-7 years old, and can be a slow burn with new people due to his history, but eventually comes around and is very affectionate. For the past 3 years Ringo lived permanently on the boat with me, exploring the east coast of Australia! So whilst he is a bit neurotic and nervous at times, he is also incredibly adaptable and adventurous! Ringo thrives in a stable loving home where he is treated as part of the family, so we would definitely be looking for a home with people who like cats and want to bond with him. :) Ringo is house trained, including litter, furniture etc. He is very smart, and has learned ways to communicate with us in various ways. Ringo is a sweet boy, and everyone in the sailing community is obsessed with him hehe :)
