47 YO female. Reasonably clean, reliable with rent and bills, respectful of space & privacy. Friendly and can be a bit chatty but also independent and happy to do my own thing, though some social time together is nice too. Happy to work to a cleaning roster, do my bit etc. so long as we take turns and it’s not all put on me and vice versa. Have lived in shared places before.

Respectful of personal space and property.
Great with indoor cats including a very shy one and ok with having them live in your space. This also means closing front door and back door behind you so they don’t get outside and being ok with a litter box which I’ll clean regularly. I am using business litter which is fragranced so the cat smell will not be a nuisance. Windows need to have security fly screens.
Non judgemental of different personalities.
Communicative of needs and nice mannerisms. I am approachable if done in a kind and nice way - I do not like passive aggressiveness or aggressiveness. Just be personable and approachable people. If I need to clean a mess I’m not aware of or forgot to do my dishes etc just let me know nicely and I’ll go about cleaning it up.

Food sharing and furniture
Am considerate of the shared areas and will clean my dishes in a reasonable time frame - they don’t sit for days on end and I expect the same in return. I love a relatively clean kitchen. Prefer a dishwasher or a double sink where I can let dishes soak and then wash and rinse off in the other sink.
I used to share a space most of my life before living on my own these past 5 years. Am used to doing my part in the cleaning.
I have my own furniture - queen size bed, tall boy and a desk for working from home which I could put in the bedroom if it’s large enough. I prefer large bedrooms but can be flexible around this. If it’s not large enough then I’ll need somewhere I can set it up. If there’s a private space I can put it then great.
I have fridge and washing machine and a recliner - storage would be great! Otherwise if the dynamics seem like a good fit, then I’ll seek to sell these items.
I have one small cat tree that won’t take up a lot of space. I have large cat litter box that needs a space - laundry would work brilliantly and a spot to place the cat food is required.

Description of pets
I have two indoor-only cats — clean, toilet-trained, and well-behaved. Celine is a rescue cat and keeps to herself and sleeps a lot. Rocky is Céline’s son he is social, puts up with cuddles. He loves to be in the same room with me though he doesn’t mind other peoples company. I do sometimes take him outside on a harness so if there’s garden area or some bush he can sniff or a car park he can run around in, then this is a plus. He will certainly let you know if he wants something and is quite a character.
