Hi,

I'm a friendly, genuine, respectful, honest man in his 50s who has moved up from Sydney in Dec 21 and have two adult children, my Mum and younger sister and her family who all live up here as well.

From December 2021 to April 2024, I was renting with my adult son in Arundel (reference available) yet he has moved out to his girlfriends, so now I will be living on my own to rent anywhere on the Gold Coast predominantly, yet also northern NSW and even up to and including Brisbane. I can pay 3 months rent upfront as well if that helps.

Looking for my own private space being bedroom, bathroom/toilet and a living area to fit a desk as I work from home inbetween appointments I drive to. So a granny flat would be great, yet will look to share a home maybe with good, genuine, nice, friendly respectful people if I can get the space I'm looking for.

I work as a property Buyers Agent, and have an online business and investments, so I do need good wifi.

I'm very tidy as like a clean and organised home, so will always clean up after myself, can keep to my own if needed and am happy to chat and be social for sure on occasions. Love to chat on most subjects, I am a non-smoker, love reading, watching streaming services like Netflix and sports in general. Since 2020, I have been interested in crypto and blockchain and like to keep as fit as I can as a man in his 50s by going to the gym a couple of times a week and walking, riding my push bike as well, love all types of art and most types of music.

Clean and tidy, respectful, genuine people Im looking for to stay at their property. Quiet at times and good laughs as well, good conversation at times as well

I prefer to arrange my own food, yet happy to eat and share on occasions. I like all types of food and always clean up after.
Regarding furniture, its all in storage, yet I do have a desk to work from that is easy to bring in as the legs screw out of the desk top.
