I work regular daytime hours so I'm home in the evenings, keep to myself and am genuinely tidy and respectful of shared spaces. I'm not a party person, after work I'm usually at the gym or cooking. I'm reliable with rent, happy to pay a bond upfront and can provide a reference from my current employer.
