23, looking for two rooms to stay in long term as i am currently working and studying full time at North Metro TAFE Joondalup Campus.
I also have a minor currently under my care due to his mum being away overseas but he will be studying and rent will be sorted and paid. Desmond is 17 years old very organised and constantly does house chores everyday. He currently attends Alkimos College hence why we are trying to stay around the local area. We do not smoke or have any pets. I like to keep things clean and tidy and will always clean up after myself. I am respectable and considerate.
