Hi I'm Abi, a 28y/o Brit, about to move from Melbourne to Perth to become what is now affectionally classed as a "mature student". Ideally looking to move in early July, long term only!
I'm very experienced in house shares, super clean, will take the bin out rather than squish it down, and I don't lose all concept of time when having a shower in the morning. I'd like a place where I can have friends over from time to time but am definitely not looking for a party house. I'll be brand new to Perth so would be great to have housemates who are happy to chat. I've been in Melbourne the last 4.5 years so very happy for anyone to prove that west is best!
I'm looking for a spot with easy transport to the TAFE Bentley / Curtin Uni precinct. I'll be studying Veterinary Nursing so I'm very open to houses with pets and would be more than happy to help out with their care/walks/cuddles/etc.

Important personal qualities
I class myself as an extroverted introvert, so I love to chat but have an equal need to recharge by myself at times. As such, I'd love a friendly social home (maybe shared meals/outings every now and then), but also a home where it's not considered rude if I want to hibernate in my room some days
Food sharing and furniture
I don't have any big furniture unfortunately. Happy to share essentials like oil/herbs etc but tend to eat my own stuff unless otherwise agreed. I am a vegetarian (aspiring vegan) but have no issues whatsoever with what anyone else cooks/eats
Description of pets
I don't have any pets. Very open to places with pets though and would gladly be your dog/cat/rabbit/bird sitter whenever you need. Hopefully my vet nursing skills can be useful!
Otherwise, I'm an experienced foster carer, so if flatmates were interested then I'd love to explore bringing in a foster animal (dog, cat, rabbit, etc), trainee guide dog, etc
