I'm a young-at-heart 59-year-old Kiwi who moved to Perth almost four years ago and absolutely loves living here!

I'm a single, independent professional employed full-time in the mining industry as a FIFO Utility Worker. I work long shifts while on site and am regularly away from home on my roster.

I'm financially secure, reliable, exceptionally house-proud and take great pride in maintaining a beautiful, clean and well-organised living environment. I genuinely treat any property I live in as though it were my own.

I'm friendly, easygoing, respectful and considerate. I enjoy socialising and having a laugh, but equally appreciate my privacy and a peaceful home environment, particularly during my R&R.

My interests include the beach, travelling, motorsports, music, movies, health and fitness.

I'm a non-smoker, have no pets or dependants, and enjoy a quiet, drama-free lifestyle.

I have excellent references available and am looking for a lovely, well-maintained property where I can settle in and feel genuinely at home.

🏡 I'm looking for a lovely, well-maintained home with a spacious bedroom, preferably with my own ensuite. I have my own furniture, so unfurnished accommodation is ideal. Secure, COVERED PARKING is an absolute must, preferably a lockable garage. I'm also open to a private 1–2 bedroom apartment or granny flat for the right property.

I'm looking for a mature, friendly, easygoing and considerate flatmate who shares similar values when it comes to cleanliness, respect and maintaining a lovely home.

Ideally, someone who is employed full-time, financially responsible, a non-smoker and genuinely house-proud. A fellow FIFO worker would be fantastic, as they'd understand the lifestyle and importance of relaxing during R&R.

I enjoy a friendly chat, a good laugh and being social, but equally value privacy, personal space and a peaceful home environment.

Good communication, honesty, mutual respect and sharing household responsibilities are important to me.

I'm not looking for a party house, just a comfortable, happy, drama-free home where we can both relax and feel completely at ease. 😊

Secure, covered parking is an absolute must, as I have my own vehicle and take great pride in looking after it.
