Hi, I'm Bevan and I'm an electrical apprentice looking for a room to rent as my current roommates are leaving our lease.
I've got a few years of good rental experience and am a quiet, tidy person, always meticulous for inspections, which my current roommates can vouch for.
I have a partner who I often spend weekends with, she does not need to spend any time at the house I live in if you prefer no guests, and I enjoy reading and playing video games. I don't smoke and very rarely drink.
I work an average of 50-60 hours a week, leaving quite early and returning mid-late afternoon, and when I am home I tend to prioritise study for my TAFE classes. I love a bit of a chat and am happy to spend some time getting to know my housemates.
I have a place lined up in November so a 6 month lease is ideal, however I can work with something shorter than if need be. Would love to talk about any options available, I don't have any backups as my family live rurally and I work and study in Perth. My work is SOR so anything in that region is helpful but also open to NOR options. Cheers
