Hello, my name is Sayo! I'm a full time professional working for an IT company. I'm originally from Japan, but have lived in a few different countries internationally. I'm experienced with both living alone and living with others, so please rest assured that I know how to keep a place tidy and have no problems with cleaning!
I'm a non-smoker, not a party person (too stuck into my work for it!), and though I've had pets in the past, I currently don't have any in Australia. I have no problems with my flatmates being the opposite, though! I would say that I'm a quiet person - I usually spend my time at home following up on work matters, resting, or drawing in my room. I do like to cook, but usually for other people rather than for myself.
What I'm looking for is a quiet and private space with access to the CBD - I'm not fussy on commute time, as long as the access is there, I'll make it work. A private or ensuite bathroom is the biggest plus for me, aside from that I'm flexible on all other arrangements!
