Important personal qualities
For me, the ideal flatmate is someone who's clean, organized, and really trustworthy. Keeping our place neat and having a system for chores makes everything smoother for everyone. But the key for me is trustworthiness; it’s all about feeling secure and at ease in our shared space. Having a flatmate like that turns a house into a home, and I think it sets the stage for a great living situation where we can all enjoy our time together!
Food sharing and furniture
When it comes to food, I'm pretty flexible. I'm not against sharing meals from time to time, but generally, I prefer to buy and arrange my own food. It just makes things simpler, especially since I'm not vegetarian or vegan and don't have specific dietary restrictions.
As for furniture, I've always lived in furnished places, so I'm used to that. However, I'm adaptable and totally okay if the house doesn't come with furniture. I can easily work with either situation and make the best out of it!
